Provide First Aid (Previously HLTFA311
C Apply First Aid). The course provides participants with the knowledge and skills to confidently recognize and respond effectively and safely to emergency situations requiring first aid. These are nationally recognised units of competency and upon successful completion you will receive a Statement of Attainment.This course is suitable for a range of situations, including community and workplace settings. It is designed to give you the confidence to provide first aid response, life support, management of casualty(s), the incident and other first aiders, until the arrival of medical or other assistance. This is the advised minimum requirement by Workplace Health & Safety Legislation for the workplace first aider.
Industry Engagement has pointed to a number of recommendations from the Australian Resuscitation Council and Safe Work Australia that recommends refreshers for.

This course will be delivered face-to-face at Auscare Training Organisation and includes pre-course reading .
Classes available Moday, Thusday and Friday. The cut off day for enrolment will be close of business the day before.
